Cat Holm is an attorney and lobbyist with nearly a decade of experience representing clients before the Washington State Legislature and state agencies. She has represented a diverse portfolio of clients in Olympia on issues such as technology, education, economic development, consumer products, general business, and labor, helping clients navigate the legislative and regulatory process from session to session.

Before launching her own firm, Cat was a lobbyist at Gordon Thomas Honeywell Government Affairs. She also spent several years as Policy and Government Affairs Manager for Instacart, leading advocacy efforts across eleven western states, and earlier served as Director of Government Affairs and Legal Counsel for the Washington Food Industry Association, representing independent grocers, convenience stores, and their suppliers statewide.

 Cat holds two bachelor’s degrees from Washington State University and a law degree from Gonzaga University. She is an active member of the Washington State Bar Association, Clark County Bar Association, and Washington Women Lawyers.

Cat lives in Vancouver, WA with her husband, Dakota, and golden retriever, Indiana Bones.
